What IS vector file?
A vector file will end with one of these —> EPS, SVG, or AI. Having your images in one of these formats allows us to manipulate your design better, which leads to more creative options and an overall better outcome.
I have a logo, but its not vector, now what?
In most cases we can trace and redraw your logo, this is where the design fee comes along. It can take anywhere from 1 to 8 hours of work. Please keep in mind that all time is valuable.
Is there a set up fee/ Design fee?
We do have a fee for artwork if its not in the correct format, charges start at $30 depending on the simplicity.
Whats a standard size banner?
Trick question! There is no standard size. We can do anywhere between 1×1 ft. all the way to billboard size. Our most popular sizes are 3×5 , 4×6 , and 4×8.
Where do we send our ideas?

Remember, a vector file is most preferred!
